1. The service

NextLeap AI generates images and video from prompts you supply, and assembles them into finished pieces. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Credits

Generation consumes credits. Credits are prepaid, are consumed when a generation is submitted, and are not refundable once consumed. A generation that fails for reasons within our control is not charged. Credits do not expire while your account is active and hold no cash value outside the service.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the prompts you write and the media you generate, to the extent ownership is available under the law that applies to you. You are responsible for holding the rights to anything you upload as a reference.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to create material that is unlawful, that depicts real people without their consent, that sexualises minors, or that is intended to deceive as to its authenticity. We may suspend an account that does.

5. API keys

Keys you create act as you. Keep them secret, and revoke any key you believe has been exposed. Usage authenticated by your key is your responsibility and is billed to your balance.

6. Availability

The service is provided as-is. Generation depends on third-party model providers, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any particular output.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the product before they take effect.
